By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products and pricing
Every piece we sell is authentic and sourced from authorised distributors. Prices are shown in USD unless indicated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Order confirmation is sent by email; delivery timelines are estimates.
4. Payment
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Mada. Payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant partner.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options and fees are shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
6. Returns and refunds
Unworn items may be returned within 30 days. Sale items are exchange-only. Perfumes and opened accessories are non-refundable. See our FAQ for full details.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — imagery, text, brand marks — is the property of BC For Clothing or its licensors, protected by applicable IP laws.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BC For Clothing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq / Kurdistan Region. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erbil.
